Love this store. Very friendly staff. Very helpful, they couldn’t do enough.Was a young lad at the till, can’t remember his name but so professional and helpful.They were demonstrating a bubble machine in the store the kids loved it. Just reminded me of why I go there. Always helpful. Wonderful staff. I left the shop one very happy customer.

Whenever I mean Welwyn Garden City always go in this shop and have a look at the Marvel stuff like the vinyl pop models brilliant place cheerful staff always a smile and lovely surroundings.

A toy shop. Good selection from young and tiny to much older kids (remote control cars, helicopters etc). They even have pop figures now, although strange range of prices. Never open on a Sunday.

Toy shop that is far bigger than it looks from the outside. Offering an array of toys and games, it's hard to know where to look. We also spotted a small selection of children's books. Brightly set up and neat, children have a great time seeing all the many choices. Items are priced moderately with lots of them on special offer.Did end up buying a couple of things, but had not planned to do so, as we were going out and did not want to have to carry anything. Clearly we had been enticed by all the goodies in the store. Staff member on the day was super friendly.

Had the mechanical nerf gun on display for people to try, had to buy that after testing it as it was on 60% off. Staff are friendly, manager is cool and came to have a nice chat with the family. Daughter bought some toys while we're in there too. Nice shop for the big (me) and little kids

Good choice of products. Plenty of knowledgeable, helpful staff. I like the fact that the staff have got to know me and greet me warmly on arrival.
