Second visit in a couple of years since pandemic, enquiring about payg phones as I need a new one with Android os. Spoke to a different guy but fed the same wishi washi narrative we're phasing out PAYG phones". I don't think so matey

Lawrence was brilliant, he sorted a really good deal out for me and was extremely helpful. My partner and I left the store smiling after having a such laugh with him and the whole experience made me glad that I chose EE.

Spoke to a person called mitch. very rude and unhelpful. when i came in the shop was talking could hear him talking about having relations with a young girl. very inappropriate. Avoid

Very unhelpful staff my elderly mother wanted to pay as you go but all they wanted to do was to push their EE contracts.The shop assistant talked so fast as to confuse my mother and get rid of her plus this with a bad attitude.

Clean tidy shop. Bloke that helped on the upgrade on my mobile was a bit off, a bit blunt with the answers to my questions. I've been with them for goodness knows how many years and no discounts. No trade-in on mobiles anymore, apparently.

Called in at this store today to have an old phone updated to 4g. I was looked after by a very pleasant, polite and patient young man who carried out the work needed on my old phone. I had to wait a while whilst the phone was taken away to do the job so had chance to observe the other members of staff and I was really happy with what I saw. Every member of staff dealing with a customer was excellent in the way they looked after their customer. It seemed to be the day for the oldies coming in as every customer was grey headed but the staff were exceptional and very kind. Congratulations on your staff selection ee as you have chosen the best!!

Very disappointed,customer service awful ,been with EE over 20 years went in to upgrade phone ,wouldn't find us any good deals we felt like they couldn't be bothered with us ,left store went to O2 shop got a brilliant deal with them and the customer service was brilliant nothing to much trouble won't go back to EE again

91 yr old grandfather attended to discuss broadband. He was signed up to broadband only and left him with out a landline. Bt are putting in a formal complaint against the EE store whom are not willing to dicuss the matter. Also the person who dealt with my grandfather was rude its obvious he's an elderly gentleman who's just trying to maintain some sort of independence.Disgusting service and he's been told to stay away con-men!!!
