Having been here a few times (at least 4) now I can say the food and service are fantastic. I’ve mostly had the banquet option to get a variety of the dishes and have yet to get something I didn’t like. The waiting staff are always friendly, welcoming and make time to chat. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This is my second visit to Hanoi and we were a bit disappointed by the service last night. My first experience visiting Hanoi with my wife was great and we loved the food and had good service. I raved about it and returned last night with my mother and two brothers. We waited ages for a drink. The food arrived and the waitress spilled the sauce over the table and wiped it up with a napkin. The food was delicious but the most disappointing part of last night was the staff were obviously harassed. They rushed from table to table and the stress ruined the ambiance. This is no criticism of the staff but they were unable to contain the pressure of how busy it was, and this spilled over to the atmosphere. Hanoi is a really great restaurant that is at risk of losing custom as the staff are literally run off their feet. It was unpleasant to watch and ruined a lovely return experience. Our food came to £119 for 4 so an extra member of staff may have just changed the atmosphere last night.

came here with my girls and omg first of all, the green beans dish was to die for we ordered an extra portion just to bring back with us would definitely recommend that. i ordered the red dragon as a main and wow was just amazing especially the rice cakes, i wish the portion size was a big bigger because i honestly could have 20 of those rice cakes they were so delicious!!! staff are also super friendly and lovely, especially the girl with short hair and glasses (sorry didn’t ask for her name) she was super lovely!! overall was a great experience :)

Made our way here thanks to the many excellent reviews. And we didn't regret it. After looking over the very vegetarian friendly menu (I reckon about half the dishes at least were naturally veggie and vegan) we decided on the mysterious 'surprise us' option. And for £22.95 per person, the dishes kept coming. It is rare for me not to manage to poke everything down, but the generosity was such that I had to admit defeat.Every dish was unique and different, and exceptionally tasty. My daughter and I argued about which were our favourites, proving that each dish was excellent. So I add another 5 star review to the hundreds already posted. Let's hope it stays this good for many years to come (if climate change doesn't get us before then)

Delicious chicken pho. We got level 2 and it was spicy enough. We added extra noodles for £1. The chicken was delicious and not game-y.The area is so-so. They only had pho available from the menu to order at 3pm but nothing else. Inside look dark and not very welcoming because of a strange smell.Delicious pho!

Lovely environment and friendly staff. The presentation of the food is really nice. The flavor of the food, however, is rather disappointing. We had four people and ordered the banquet with a wide range of food. The only thing that I kind of enjoyed is the fish. Coming from an Asian country with a British family and living and working in the UK for many years, I would say this is Asian food with western taste, very different from my impression of Vietnamese food. I noticed there weren't many Asian people in the restaurant at the start. I didn't like the food but my British family were singing the praise of it. I found that the food was overly salty and the flavors were not well balanced.I had a great time because of the fantastic company but don't think I would come back anytime soon...

Food was pretty good but not mind blowing. Tofu is definitely worth trying and was unique. Food will come out as they make it, so some folks may be waiting. Also room is small with not really comfortable seating for such a wait.

Good environment, friendly staffsWe came during lunch, it is quite busy, there’s plenty seatings indoor and outdoor. I recommend the baby pho and banh mi combo, the portion is more than enough for one person. I didn’t love my pho, i ordered the spicy one and its a bit oily. But banh mi is definitely worth a try! It has an egg and meatballs and salad between a bagel looking bread, it is tasty.Really nice vibe as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Vietnamese restaurant, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The beef pho soup was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the tender slices of beef were cooked to perfection. It truly captured the authentic taste of Vietnam. The sweet and sour crispy pork. The pork was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly balanced with a tangy and sweet sauce. The flavors danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more. It was a culinary masterpiece that showcased the chef's skill. The traditional Vietnamese coffee was a delightful blend of bold, robust coffee and sweet condensed milk. The smoothness and richness of the coffee paired wonderfully with the sweet notes of the milk. It was a delightful way to end the meal.I would also like to extend my appreciation to the waitress, Breagha, for her attentive and caring service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. Her knowledge of the menu and her warm demeanor added to the overall enjoyment.Overall, highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying Vietnamese dining experience.
