Julian installed new alarm after a refurbishment to our home. Really pleased with the service and alarm system - very clear quote, prompt getting installed (as well as setting up a temporary install while house was a building site) option to set/ disarm alarm via app/ as well as receive alarm alerts via app is brilliant. Highly recommend.

He is so quick to respond to any query we have, either in person or on the phone. He's helped us out with any issues without hesitation. Julian installed a security system for us about four years ago. The system has worked perfectly since, except for the necessary replacement of batteries from time to time. I have always found Julian to be very easy to get on with, and no pressure to install any options. He is cheerful, courteous and gets on with the job, which is always carried out very professionally.
