I called Safegard and asked them to give me a price for an intruder alarm at my new home. Matt came over the next day to look at my home and the quotation was sent to me that same day. The installation was great and they were tidy throughout. My new alarm is connected to my phone through an app which is great for checking when the kids are home safe from school. Thanks for the alarm, lets hope it never gets used in earnest!

Made a booking for a quotation for CCTV and stayed in waiting for them for 4 hours.They didn't show up or even have the courtesy of letting us know or replying to numerous voicemails left.Spent £800 with another company.

Fantastic company all round, great service and a lovely group of guys. Cant recommend them highly enough. Installed a new grade 3 wired system for me and hid as much of the wiring as possible and colour matched components where possible. Superb.

Called Safeguard Security with a self inflicted CCTV problem. They sent someone out within the hour, and quickly diagnosed the fault. Also ensured I was able to view from my ipad. Very professional, very polite, and my new go to for security. Already asked them to quote me for extra camera installation.Thoroughly recommend them.

Safegard Security installed a new alarm in my home for a great price and the service was also exceptional. The engineers fitted the alarm with minimal disruption from start to finish and showed me how to use the alarm and even operate it from an app on my phone. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Unfortunately the books are full with appointments so we couldn't get an engineer out for 3 weeks,victims of their own success I assume ,but (I'm so sorry I've forgotten the name) took the time to help me try to troubleshoot issues over the phone and we managed to solve the problem.. My pensioner parents are feeling safe again. Thank you..
