Chacewater Garden Centre

Poor food, asked about chicken curry told it was medium spicy by a dismissive staff member when it came out was mild and tasteless. Chiabatta was not very good either, overpriced, poor food won't come again

My wife booked a table for yesterday to have Christmas menu was told my staff it was on and also when turned up another table where eating the Christmas menu only ti be told they had know idea of our booking and also no Christmas menu was on.Hate to have salads and scampi and chips. REALLY...

Went for lunch. Had a Caesar salad bowl, absolutely fantastic and very tasty. Very quick, very polite service we took home gorgeous scones so we will be back.

Something for everyone at Chacewater Garden Center! We popped in for coffee and cake and ended up spending £100 worth of goodies for our garden! We were so inspired by our visit and we will be back over the next few weeks to get more ideas (and cake...!) ❤️

Nice little garden centre not far from Truro. Has a good selection of stuff like BBQs and patio furniture, also stocks Yeti cups and cooler boxes.Cafe is good, great cakes, there is even a seating area for people with dogs.We found the specific plant we were looking for a bit of help, would highly recommend a visit.

Visited for the first time today and every member of staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a novice gardener and the advice received was exceptional. Helped me to the car with the heavy stuff without even asking. Thank you!

Go in regularly, brows there products and have lunch xmas products being put out and they are looking nice.Going there for Xmas dinner, last Xmas dinner was grand so should be the same this year. billm.

Went here for breakfast, amazing, lovely tasty presented food, lovely and clean, nicely decorated, lovely staff, would definitely come again :)

All staff were very pleasant, actively acknowledged me, really nice! Fantastic selection, super for unusual gifts. I had my lunch in the cafe, staff were run off their feet but simply lovely, my lunch was superb. Thank you.

I have used both Chacewater and Goonhavern Garden Centres for many years and have always received excellent service.In April I wanted to buy a tree that would blossom every April to celebrate the arrival of my first grandchild .I was inspired by the stunning tree blossoming in the sunshine as I drove into Chacewater but had no idea what I wanted or might be suitable. I called into Chacewater Garden Centre and was bowled over by the help and advice from a knowledgeable assistant who spent alot of time helping me choose something appropriate and arranging swift delivery .One of the till operators suggested we took a picture of my granddaughter by the tree every year on her birthday. The blossom will always remind her that her birthday is nearly here.The first one was taken straight away in her garden and it's now her tree and named as such .Almost 3 months on the tree is flourishing as is the baby! Everyone went out of their way including the delivery driver and all shared in the joy of the occasion...thank you so much!Credit to the team and management and sorry it's taken so long to write this!
