Absolutely delighted with the customer service and attention to detail from Raf and his team.The bathroom suite is beautiful and the cabinets are so well made and I chose Lagoon blue with a bit of sparkle and everyone comments on the beautiful colour. I am having my en-suite done soon and I will definitely be back. Nothing was too much trouble even just to order two extra shelves. I would recommend and have already to my friends and family.

Brilliant experience. John's excellent advice & collaborative 3D CAD gave brilliant designs to choose from. Ultimately maximised the use of space and minimised the costs whilst still using top quality products. Cannot recommend enough!Fitting was by Mathew of MHD which produced both a perfect bathroom and also an en-suite, both equipped with shower & bath. Well done to all.

We recently had our old-fashioned bathroom with dated small tiles turned into a superb stylish wet room designed by Raf at The Bathroom House Gildersome.He could not have been more helpful and affable in coming up with something that met our expectations 100%. He also recommended a fitting company that excelled in installing the sanitary ware he supplied.We had looked around at several of the larger providers physically and online and came across The Bathroom House by chance driving past and glad we did. All in all, we are delighted with the end result.It was a 4-week job due to some of the complexities involved but worth waiting for.

I recently had 3 full bathroom suites including tiles from The Bathroom House. I had been looking around for a long time before visiting here and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else if I needed another bathroom doing. The service from Raf and John was amazing they couldn’t have been more helpful. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find the bathrooms id always dreamt about and at a price that I could afford. I’m so happy with how each room turned out and would definitely recommend anyone to visit here.

Fantastic !! Am an experienced property developer & was very stressed trying to find someone who could supply a custom sliding triple shower door... (which is a rare requirement), after contacting 23 companies (!!) & doing a lot of research - I knew exactly what I was after, John at the bathroom house was the ONLY one who could supply a solution (out of 23 business !). Very detailed & knowledgeable, with good customer feedback. Discussed the very fine detail & without a doubt the staff at The Bathroom House are experts. Thank goodness I found them !! Been tearing out my hair so much I don't have much left. I don't take much time to write reviews as I'm a very busy business owner, but when someone goes above & beyond the call of duty they deserve credit. Highly recommended, great customer service. Just completed a full bathroom with Raf at the bathroom house. Paul and Ian were amazing and the bathroom looks stunning. Would strongly recommend using the Bathroom house. Products are great quality, nothing was too much trouble for Raf even when we changed the design and visited the house twice to ensure it would work. Thanks guys brilliant job

We bought our full bathroom from John. He has been excellent in helping us choose the right products. Great service coming out to measure and great designs suggested on the cad drawings. The products are top quality, very friendly service nothing too much trouble and all at a very fair price. Highly reccommend

Ordered a bathroom from the bathroom house,all items were in stock and delivered to my home.The bathroom fitters were excellent and kept us informed about what they were doing and kept us updated on what was happening next.The bathroom is finished and both myself and my wife are very happy with our new bathroom.Would highly recommend the bathroom house,the owners and the sales man(john) were very professional and helpful with the picking of the new bathroom,great service and installatio.

We have just completed renovating our bathroom in our 1930's Semi. We stumbled across The Bathroom House whilst searching for Tiles, Showers Fitting etc and were so glad we did. The Advice, Service, Patience and support in both designing and choosing our bathroom from Rafi and John was second to none. After several trips and calls to them we ordered everything we needed which was duley ordered. Despite delays in our fitting they stored everything for us and delivered it (for free) the day we needed it. Absolute first class service and support and would highly recommend anyone doing bathroom rennovation to take a trip to Gildersome before making any final decisions. We used New Age Plumbing & Heating Solutions Ltd to fit the bathroom, Michael and Jordan were superb throughout and as you can see from the photos did a superb job. Tiling was done By Neil Dunsmuir of Dunsmuir Tiling who was meticulous, in ensuring the tiles were fitted to perfection.
