The guy came and looked at the machine. He Ave me good, honest advice that although it could be fixed it was not economic to do so. We bought a new machine and only went elsewhere because my wife insisted on having a silver/graphite one and Bosche have stopped making them so he couldn't get hold of one. I have used this company several times for the old washer, dryer, dishwasher and Dyson. They have always given absolutely excellent service, I will use them again and would recommend them to all

I wouldn’t ever normally leave a bad review but this company have seriously infuriated me. I aren’t from Cleckheaton but my partner is so I organised this company to fix his oven. The date we organised for repair I took the day off work (self employed so don’t get paid ) and drove over to Cleckheaton to be here. After them not arriving for a few hours I thought I’d just check in to be told the part had not arrived. No call before hand to let me know. We rearranged for today and I was told i would be the first job of the day at 9am,so once again I’ve taken another day off and driven over and they haven’t turned up. I’ve called the shop to chase it up and it says they are shut because of covid. No call to let me know so I’m now two days unpaid and wasted time and fuel. Absolutely disgusting !

Cannot fault the service. Friendly and welcoming from the start. Bought a new washing machine on Monday afternoon delivered and fitted just after 9 Wednesday morning

Fixed my Henry Hoover when it packed! Great price and they didnt just fix it they gave it a service aswell with a new filter! Lovely staff really friendly and was finished the day after! Really pleased with their service would def recommend

Light not working on oven. Replaced bulb and light still not working nor was cooker.Spoke to helpful young lady who suggested resetting the clock. Would have never thought of that. Worked but still no light. Luckily I had purchased 2 bulbs. Tried second bulb which worked. Could have easily arranged call out for me but took time to try and sort over phone. Thanks A & S.

Very accommodating, changed my repair date without question and a competitive price. The technicians were very efficient and friendly, they even mended my cupboard door when replacing my oven. Would highly recommend.
