I always go to this m&s because it’s at work so it’s just convient. Today I went over at 6:22 Saturday 25th march and realised they were closing at 6:25 today. The man let me in anyway and just said to be quick and when I got to the till he was just so lovely just such a kind person. I wish I knew his name but I just know it’s a man who was working at half 6 saturday 25th March. he was just the type of person that you automatically get good vibes from and can just tell he’s such a kind hearted person, he deserves a pay rise m&s.

There used to be more vegan foods and too many have soy in. I can buy lots of food for other family members. M&S used to train their staff to a high standard but I’m finding customer service is sadly poor. No cheerful greeting or good manners.

Expect to pay extra for decent food. I paid for my purchase at the counter. The assistant managed to serve me without a please or a thank you....just £4.50. Didn’t even make eye contact
