Great company to work for, honestly compare to other care companies I worked for, Springfield are amazing, great training programme, great pay rates, professional and supportive office staff, care coaches always check in and make sure you ok, support and advice whenever needed. Supervisors and management look after their staff and never too busy to help and support.Highly recommend!

It’s the mostly badly company place all the careers don’t care about the elderly peoples properly and they don’t live water, juice & fruits on the table for the elderly peoples to eat & drinking when the Career’s are not at there with them and the elderly peoples ending up with hydration and un nutrition with the lack of having a proper meals at the proper time correctly well fead every day at the daily basis, the staffs are more interested in using their oneself mobile phone and talking with someone else who’s nothing to do with their jobs duties instead looking after the elderly peoples and properly, it’s no time spending with in good service for the elderly peoples and disabled peoples who they’re working for it as payed jobs duties by the councils and family members and the elderly peoples pensioners money and some from governments money payments who’s payed all staffs to care for the elderly but they care are very poor and honestly they don’t care at all, it’s the reason why lots of elderly peoples passed away fast because of the lack of care from the careers from this company and all company’s who’s supposed to care and give a great quality care for all elderly and disabled peoples in all areas of England, I wished the all mentality of all care company and all Career’s change for a better understanding of the difficulties of to be elderly and disabled and have to depending on someone else’s who’s supposed to care for them very well but they’re keeping ignoring the signs of the symptoms and sickness of those elderly and disabled peoples who they’re supposed to be looking after, the Career’s have the tools to do their jobs duties properly but still the lack of care and a big lack of communication skills behind them to each other’s staffs are biggest they don’t cooking a fresh meals for the elderly peoples and disabled it’s just a frozen ready meals with ice at the bottom of the food tray and give apple to the elderly peoples who’s not having a tooth to eating an apple when it’s stupid and silly to for them don’t understand simply things like that, the elderly peoples should have fresh soft fruits, fresh meals, fresh juices drinks every day at the daily basis for making them more stronger for having it much better immunity system to protect them from every virus.Keep them well and healthy at the daily basis and pushing motivation to eating and doing a little walking and supporting them well specially those who’s not healthy with lots of sickness like don’t diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, strokes, hearts problems, cancer, blood pressure, earrings aids problems and lots of more my husband it’s ex veteran army man who’s being struggling and they’re not looking after him properly the way they should be looking after everyone else properly like myself husband Arthur Giles, army man and they never listen to me his wife Cristiane Giles, everything I’m saying it they’re finding one excuses to not be able to doing everything exactly I have asked for the better for my husband, to be looked after and honestly it’s in urgently needs to them all to be trained properly to give a better quality of care for my husband and to everyone one else’s and to do their jobs duties with better quality and care for all elderly and disabled peoples.

Feel sorry for the care staff who have to deal with A Total Failure of Management,, but who still do an amazing job... and the Clients who have to put up with the Managments third class ability.
