United Airlines Lounge
As with every United Club, packed to the point of being uncomfortable. We walked around for several minutes before finally finding a dirty table where 2 could sit together that someone had just left. Alarger selection of mediocre quality hot and cold food. There are large windows for a nice view, but the seats in that area are likely occupied. The lounge is relatively new and in good condition. I would give it a 4 if it weren’t for the overcrowding.

Visited the global service lounge. I guess they also allow 1k members. Nice large lounge with very limited food options. Good place to relax and get some rest.

United Airlines Lounge
It is a great place, a whole lot better than the other United Clubs back home. I am riding on Lufthansa and had to take a long walk all the way over to United Club, totally worth it. Great selection of food, healthy food, coffee, tea, etc. Unlike Lufthansa's lounge, there's also shower here. Highly recommend, probably the best lounge of all Star Alliance.

Great lounge with all the Polaris amenities like showers and quiet space. Most of the service was great, but the bar tender seemed pretty irritated to be serving drinks. Food was amazing and there was plenty of space even as it got busy.

Ok lounge. I was on morning flight so it’s the usual baked beans sausage and stuff. I skipped lounge food as the inflight menu suits me better. Not much reading materials but it could be a United than a lounge issue. No reading material inflight either. This is a downside for me compared to Singapore airlines but it’s probably just me.

Visited on a morning quite early.Buffet was quite good in regards to cold breakfast options (pastries, muffins, etc), and fair for hot food options, albeit eggs were only available in scrambled form.Plenty of drinks options, again albeit seemingly no Champagne only Prosecco.Great views of the gates below the lounge, mostly occupied by United Airlines themselves.Given the early time, the lounge was fairly busy, but not too crowded.

United Airlines Lounge
I've only been to a few lounges but this was by far the best. I got a comfy chair in a corner and it was like I was in a private booth. The bathroom was nice, it was spacious and had everything you need. The food choice was so good (basically a full English and very well prepared). The lattes were good and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed this lounge.

This is my favourite lounge in the terminal for many reasons. The food options are great, with numerous hot and cold dishes, all the side dishes you could want, and an extensive staffed bar. They offer champagne as well as anything else you’d expect and there’s plenty of seating options, including bar seating, which make it suitable for all occasions. It’s modern and spotlessly clean throughout and the toilet rooms are decent. It’ll always be my preferred option when departing T2!

Beautiful and comfortable lounge with lots of light, friendly service and nice selection of food.Most importantly there was plenty of seating AND decent air control. Sometimes these airport lounges can run too uncomfortably warm side.
