Called for 7 seater they send normal taxi we was running late for appointment 1 person had to walk. Rang them up to let them know that they sent wrong taxi no apologies they just hang up woulnt be using this garbage anymore.

I ordered a taxi. I needed it as soon as possible. The operator said it will be there in 2 minutes. They took 10+ minutes. I had to get somewhere at a fixed time, but could not. . . The firm needs to be more transparent and straight up. I am giving the 2 stars because the taxi driver was decent or else I would give 1 star or 0 stars (if I could)...

You have to remember, how urgent you want a taxi, you have to give them at least 10 minutes to get to your destination because they might not be near your address, they can't put sirens on like police or ambulance doSo always call your taxi on time and stop blaming, that they took time.Yes we might sometimes need a taxi urgently, so we have to have patienceGMX cars are the best.I've always had the best service

Booked a taxi back from Manchester Airport they had all the flight info, and I told them it was landing at 4.30 pm. I rang them to ask where we could meet the driver they said just wait in the express pick up it was freezing they had completely forgotten us!we didn't leave until 5.40 pm. We all felt completely let down.

Good local taxi firm. We have employed them to take me home safely for years now every evening. clean modern cars and courteous drivers. All enhanced dbs checked and conviction checked. Good value for money.

Ordered a taxi throught the office...I advised the receptionist I had no cash only card.She said that's fine we put it up as a job.(card only )when we put out .Once I arrived at my destination and offered my card he said his machine was broken..This is a common theme.and I understand why but that's not my prob.i had a takeaway that was getting cold.I asked him to take card.He insisted on driving me to a cashcard .My food was cold.I called the taxi rank ..the lady was very apologetic...and said the driver knew in advance it was a cardpayment .She advised to call the office and ask for a link for a card payment ..If this happens again.No wonder uber are taking taxi ranks outa the game with these antics.

Absolutely horrendous service, left an 80 year old woman outside for nearly two hours after the driver decided he would cancel the job rather than call to try and locate her. When we called control they didn't give two hoots, no empathy or urgency to help at all. I will never ever use this taxi company again!
