Used the services of SHL to change the name on my mortgage and to have only my name on the deed going forward (joint mortgage sole proprietor). Leanne Allen was assigned to my case and was fantastic throughout. She explained everything to me and was always on hand to help me. From our first contact with Mr Raza he was completely honest about the strength of our case and in explaining the possible outcomes.Previously we had been disappointed with the number of false starts due to those originally dealing with it.
