Excellent physio, found the issue I had immediately and made me aware of the cause and what i cam do to prevent it. Did more in 2 treatments than others have done in months of physio. My shoulder had limited movement and now its freed up completely.

Bottom line is it is not my first choice...... the place needs a referb as its a little run down and the price was over the top for what I had.

I regularly see Jo for deep tissue sports massages to maintain my back. I scaffold and train and there is no one I would recommend over Jo.She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled and very friendly.
