I recently purchased my first home and used Nathaniel as my Mortgage Advisor. Nathaniel really impressed me with his knowledge and incite for mortgages and I would definitely recommend him to a friend. In my case I bought a repossession meaning we had just 28 days to get the mortgage sorted and exchange contracts. All went smoothly even with the strict timeline and we ended up having no delays. 5/5.

Just wanted to give a huge round of applause to the team at William H Brown in Pudsey headed up by Lisa with Angela and Jess in particular ... I quite simply would not have been able to negotiate the complexities of a sale and a purchase if it were not for their unending professionalism and knowledge throughout the whole process. They were there for me whatever my question every step of the way with a common sense approach that explained everything. All of them continually kept the process moving and I felt like they were with me every step of the way. As a first time buyer, so far, I am really impressed with the service at William H. Brown Pudsey branch. The lovely Hazel showed me the property and I was immediately impressed. Please do not use this estate agents under any circumstances. They are absolutely incompetent. If you would like to go through hell and back, have constant unacceptable service provided and basically your life ruining then please get in touch. If you would not, then stay clear. Also I'm convinced that all the other reviews have been paid off because there is no way that any of the 5 star reviews can be genuine.

From our initial meeting, James from W H Brown was well informed, polite, helpful and very professional. He answered all my queries and went out of his way to assist in any way he could. As a first time landlord, I am extremely grateful for his guidance and advice.
