CCTV and Alarm Installation Wimbledon Innert Security

Faultless!We had some issues with our CCTV which was set up by another firm and it was impossible to get hold of them to resolve the matter. Innert assured us with their know how, transparency, recommendation from our neighbours combined with the fact that their quote seemed value for money. Martin did great job for us and he is always accessible whenever we need him. it is important to get right equipment installed but also to have constant support whenever its needed. The CCTV system was installed a few days later and I’m incredibly happy with it. It is easy to use, highly professional quality and good value for money. You never know what service you will get when you search the internet without a personal recommedation, but i have to say in this case 5/5 is well warranted. Martin's response time to my inquiry, site visit, quote and installation was amazing - all within a week (and Martin could have done it sooner). I had been thinking about CCTV for some time, but thought it would be too complex etc. Martin knew exactly what we needed to fit the brief (a front camera, a porch camera, a side camera and one for the back of the house). All hard wired (so no recharging), a phone app, and a memory box in the loft. So easy. All done and a great experience all round. Thank you.

Innert Security installed our CCTV system a couple of years ago. We were extremely pleased at the time as to the quality of the installation, how efficient Martin from Innert Security was and how user friendly the system was. Ever since the the initial installation we have had to get in touch with Martin a couple of times and I am pleased to report that Martin has been very responsive and helped with our questions promptly every time. I wish all tradespeople we deal with were as helpful as Martin!

Martin is very friendly technician. He is easy to talk too and delivers a no rush, clean job. He gives good advice with no hassle. Martin installed sensors and cameras for me, which I have to admit, I expected issues, but after 3 months since installation, I have had no issues. Thank you Martin.

Marcin came to redo our CCTV and alarm following a very poor installation from another company. I wish we had known of Marcin sooner. He was so professional, knowledgeable and really high attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Martin installed 4 camera system over a year now and I'm please to say I have not had any problems. The price was very competitive and good value for money after a few quotes from other companies. The installation was completed in a timely manner with superb results. Recently, got a new router and had phone to camera connection problems, I emailed Martin then received a phone call within minutes and he was able to remotely sort it out. Overall I would rate this company 5 stars for both service and attention to details.
