From start to finish fantastic customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone to arrange the job was pleasant and very helpful. Jason has been out this morning to inspect the windscreen which didn't even require a repair. A Honest and reliable company. Highly recommended.

I have to firstly say, they have always looked after my fleet, with good service and swift replacement. However, on this recent occasion after going online to book a replacement, they emailed back to ask me to call up and confirm the booking, despite always saying how easy it is to do everything online. I called twice a day for 4 days and was constantly on hold for 20 mins plus, and after sending further emails no contact was returned. So on this occasion I had to use another fitting company. Hopefully this is a one off.

Had the misfortune of having to use this joke of a company for a windscreen repair because it’s what the insurance company use.We got booked in on 6/11/23 with the promise of a morning appointment. Tom turned at 2pm. He advised during the repair he’d damaged the scuttle panel so would arrange to come back and repair, claiming an excuse for the damage as “you know when you’ve been off for two weeks it’s just one of those things”No appointment was made to rebook and on 14/11/23 we noticed the internal mirror was broken, it literally completely broke off in my hand. It had not been touched since Tom.We then called on 14/11 and told them about the damage and that no contact had been made to fix the scuttle panel. An appointment was made for the morning of 16/11/23 but this was changed because of an “urgent job” and Tom couldn’t possibly get out to us but could see us in branch. This made absolutely no sense and it was quite clear he just couldn’t be asked to travel to us.This was then rebooked for 18/11/23 where Tom made an appearance, hurrah! He changed the scuttle panel but stated a new screen was needed due to the damaged mirror and that they’d be in touch. We heard nothing and so on 23/11/23 we chased them. The call handler even stated that we should not have been waiting this long for it to be rectified and stated that someone would call us back regarding our complaint. We did not hear anything at all but on the same day they text saying the windscreen had been ordered. So clearly no one had bothered to order or progress it, considering all the issues are their fault. On 28/11/23 we got a text saying the windscreen replacement had been booked for 30/11/23 in the morning and at 8:30am he called saying he could not get out to us due to urgent jobs but could see us in branch…. This makes no sense whatsoever and it is just pure laziness on his part. How can you have an urgent job which means you have no time to do a home visit but can see us in branch? We could not get to branch, nor should we expect to travel half an hour there so he can stay in the warm. So this appointment was cancelled on his part.Do not sign up to a mobile repair company if you don’t want to be mobile. We are now on to today, 09/12/23 which was our morning booking for the fourth time.We were told they’d be there at 8:30 but shock horror, phone call from Tom again telling us he can’t get out to us but can see us in branch. He then blamed the weather on this occasion and when asked why he doesn’t have the correct equipment when he’s mobile he stated he doesn’t have an awning and there is a slight chance of rain. Now, at the end of our tether at being fobbed off again, we’re not happy. He continuously spoke over us, had an excuse for everything, fobbed us off at every turn to the point I had to tell him to stop talking over us and that he is the reason our car is damaged. How we’ve been treated is not good enough and he was told he will be over today regardless of the weather, to which he agreed to 11am, when initially he was refusing to honour the appointment unless we went to him.10:45 he arrived and has done the windscreen but not without first trying to say that it would be better to do it another day and that if it rained and then windscreen leaked we’d know why and basically put any responsibility for leaky windscreen on us.Well yes we would know why because you aren’t capable to fit windscreens. You don’t even have the correct equipment for the job. Had you have turned up when we were originally told, or turned up at the previous appointments, you wouldn’t have had a weather issue (it stayed perfectly dry today too). The concurrent theme throughout our unnecessarily long dealings with National Windscreens, Poole is that they are not fit to carry out the work.Tom is incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. Their customer service is a shambles and they need to seriously look at how they manage bookings and treat customers.Hopefully this will be the last time we ever have to deal with them but I won’t hold my breath

Awful service. I have never come across a business so unprofessional and incompetent. The branch manager needs to be more competent and deal with her workload. It is coming up to two weeks, and our smashed window has not been replaced. We received a call on Friday saying we have your window, but no one can come to you, so you are booked in for Monday. On Monday, they cancelled the appointment. After speaking to the branch, they apologised and said they had booked you in for first thing Tuesday, which was 7 am. No one turned up on Tuesday, either. When we called to see why no one had turned up, we got told the engineer called us at 0630 am, and no one picked up, so he cancelled the appointment. What is going on?!

I was so impressed with my Daughters positive experience that I thought I must share it. She was given excellent customer service and was given a appointment for a few days later. The repair man was quick and even cleaned up the broken glass from the break in. And this was after she was quoted £195 more from a main competitor who wanted payment up front.
