IMO Car Wash

Good little car wash. For the price it’s a reasonable wash. I recommend the triple foam shampoo as the bare minimum.Very happy that they accept cash and card here as well.

The service really depends on what staff are working at this car wash.A £6 triple wax with one member of staff is a friendly greeting a all over brush and tyre wash before you go through the car wash, however with a different member of staff there is no brush prior to going through, they are too busy deep in conversation with another member of staff, they take your money and tell you to drive on through.My last visit was my last visit.I gave the attendant my money and he told me to drive through, he was too busy talking to manually brush my car.On leaving the car wash I noticed that the left side fog light grill of my Audi had been pulled offI went straight back to the garage and they denied all knowledge, I asked them to look in the car wash for my grill but they said it was not there.DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASHTHE STAFF ARE TOO BUSY TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES TO PROVIDE ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. COST £400 TO FIX THE DAMAGE ON MY CAR

Jolly good for an automatic car wash. Premium washes are worth the extra. It's the only automatic wash I have found that makes a good job of your wheels, getting right into the corners and even putting tyre dressing on

Not a long wait and does a good job cleaning the car

The worst service I ever seen. There is no difference to pay 5 or 11 pounds, the result the same. At the end you get fully wet car with a lot of remaining dirt.

They have recently spent money on updating site,and is good value for money..Will visit again..

First time ever used an IMO, And wish I hadn't been silly enough to prepay for more that I'm loath to use. No explanation of what to do (I did tell the very laid-back guy if was my first when I went to find him). Two different hand sprays and waved on. A couple of minutes not really knowing what was going on I had a cleaner (not clean) very wet car.No wonder the nearby hand wash is always busy.

Very happy - my car is sparkling clean and it was a pleasant experience to have it washed here. Much better than Morrisons' automatic car wash I used to use - no bits were missed, no damage to the car. I did not even have to leave the car to pay. The member of the staff was nice and efficient; he prepared the car for an automatic car wash and cleaned the wheels in no time. They are open on Sundays which is an added advantage. I paid £2 for an attended basic car wash with wheel wash and will definitely be coming back to get my weekly car wash here.

they didnt get my alloys clean abit disapointed and i paid £7 for the wax wash it just didnt seem too b waxed
