I recently discovered the Joseph Read lighting studio, the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering an amazing range of lighting options. The studio has a wide range of lighting, demonstrating so many options and the displays make it so clear to what to expect from different products. As well as lighting they also have other product ranges, lighting control, automation, audio and smart devices. They also offer an amazing design service, so give them a look, highly recommended

Beautiful showroom

Had Joseph Read lighting do the design of the whole lighting in our house during a complete renovation project. They were good at first, however it took a long time for the lights to be delivered, they were delivered in dribs and drabs as they were coming from all over Europe and we were provided a driver for a light that didn't come with a cover. So when it was installed it was a safety risk and when new covers were ordered they tried to charge us again for the covers saying the manufacture had already provided them, however we had never received them. We then found out all the downlights that have been installed are not fire rated and need fire hoods. We only found this out by ringing up and asking if they needed fire hoods as we were going to be doing the insulation in the loft. At no point had we been told the lights were not fire rated and needed fire hoods. I couldn't recommend using this company to anyone else based on the fire and safety risks they have posed to us.
