Very good. I went in with a slow puncture. All 4 tyres checked 360'. Cut to cords shown to me. All fixed. No pressure to buy extras. Good, friendly service.

Excellent service and communication and I was greeted as soon as I arrived. My only gripe is, I had washed my vehicle and the tyres and rims especially. All four tyres and rims were covered in the lubricants you use to do the job. A quick clean off before handing the car over would have made it a 5 star experience.As I said the lads were great.Robert Walker.

Visited the store today. Was greeted by James the manager who was very professional and his attention to detail was excellent. Dealt with my issue in a timely manner considering I was a walk in customer. Would highly recommend and thank you to the tech who completed the work.

Great customer service on the phone, checked quickly for my tyre and when I arrived (in an RAC van) with the wheel with us to change - the chaps sorted it out in under 20 minutes and off i went on my day. What could’ve been a super stressful morning after a flat was made so much easier. Thanks so much :-)

Had a puncture on the car, said they were fully booked in the time slots but to bring it in and they would fit it in between jobs, 2 hours later had a call to say new tyre fitted, so really pleased with the service

Had a sudden loss of power on the M2/A299 junction. Couldn't sort at services so crawled to KwikFit which I knew the location of. Being from ouy of the area and on my way to visit a family member in hospital I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to fit me in. But they did, between customers, and in no time at all I was on my way. Service was polite and it was explained I could be there some time due to existing bookings, but in the end I wasn't.
