I don't recommend this dental practice. I started an Invisalign treatment in April 2021 at the end of the treatment i was provided with a cheap nasty retainer instead of an invisalign retainer this cut all my gums and subsequently my teeth moved. I then had to pay an extra £400 for Invisalign retainers when i questioned them about this , they told me they'd basically done me a favor to realign my teeth after they moved due to the cheap reatiners. I also had a bridge treatment here during the same period which was also a disaster it needed to be fixed in place a total of 5 times on different occasions where it kept falling out at one point i was without the bridge for 3 weeks. I am still not happy with how the bridge looks and the result of the Invisalign treatment which has only just recently come to an end. I've raised my issues and have in short been told to accept how it is or pay for more treatment or Consulation which seems obsurd after the huge amount I've paid for the service.Mery Caviedes Silva

I would be more than happy to recommend Luisa Rego. I just hope that the plate makers are just as efficient and caring. We will see in about a months time.

I recently moved to the area and was in agony with tooth ache and developed an abscess. From the start the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and professional. She was able to give me advice to manage the pain and arranged an immediate emergency appointment. The dentist was fantastic and explained the procedure and was excellent throughout.Highly recommend this practice.

My wife has used this. Not a great service and over priced. I know a number of people who have had bad experiences here. There are better dentists in sevenoaks. And they also use confidential medical records to publicly criticise customer feedback which is illegal

A very positive experience. I was seem promptly by the Hygienist who gave me excellent care and treatment. The Dentist was running a little late so the kind Receptionist made me a cup of tea to drink whilst I waited. I had excellent care from the Dentist for my annual check.

Dr Patricia is brilliant. She puts you at ease and takes the time to explain everything very well. Both my sons had Invisalign braces with Dr Patricia and Dr Rimi and the result is fantastic, much better than when they had fixed braces with another local orthodontist years ago. Catherine the hygienist is wonderful too and she and her assistant are always very thorough. I would certainly recommend the practice. Am very happy I moved there recently after an awful experience with another local dentist.

I have always had excellent treatment at Riverhead Dental Practice . I recently had to have emergency treatment and it was outstanding. Thank you to Patricia and Nazia for all your care and I am very pleased to be pain free again. I would not hesitate to recommend Riverhead Dental Practice. Definitely 5 stars
