I joined 4Front Security Services with high hopes, expecting to work for a reputable and reliable security firm. Unfortunately, my experience as an employee has left me deeply disappointed. From lax protocols to unprofessional behaviour, this company has consistently fallen short of the standards expected in the security industry. Here's why I cannot recommend working for 4Front Security.Inadequate Training and Preparation:From day one, it was clear that the training provided by 4Front Security Services was woefully insufficient. Instead of comprehensive and hands-on instruction, we were given a quick rundown of basic procedures and were expected to learn on the job. This lack of proper training not only compromised our ability to handle security threats effectively but also jeopardized the safety of both employees and clients.Lack of Equipment and Resources:4Front Security Services consistently failed to provide us with the necessary equipment and resources to perform our duties adequately. From malfunctioning radios and outdated surveillance systems to shortages of essential supplies, we were often left ill-equipped to respond to emergencies or maintain a secure environment. This not only undermined our credibility but also endangered the individuals we were meant to protect.Inefficient Management:The management at 4Front Security Services demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and organization. As a former employee of 4 Front Security Services working at their satellite office in Essex for mobile patrols, I feel compelled to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor working conditions and management practices within the company. Despite my initial hopes, my eight months of experience have revealed numerous negatives that far outweigh any positives.First and foremost, the working schedule at 4 Front Security Services in Essex was incredibly chaotic and unreliable. Shifts were often changed last minute without any consideration for the employees' personal lives or prior commitments. This lack of stability and foresight made it difficult to plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.The management at 4 Front Security Services, particularly individuals like Simon Spilsbury and David Cole, demonstrated a lack of proper capabilities and communication skills. Their leadership was characterized by a disregard for their staff, fostering an environment of disrespect and indifference towards employees' concerns and well-being. The management's failure to address issues promptly and effectively only added to the growing frustration and disillusionment among the staff.Furthermore, one of the most glaring issues I encountered was the irregularity of paydays. Employees often experienced delays and inconsistencies in receiving their salaries, creating financial stress and uncertainty. This lack of financial stability was a significant source of frustration for many, and the company's inability to rectify this issue further eroded trust and confidence in their practices.Another major concern was the prevalence of false promises and accusations from the management. It is evident that the management prioritized client satisfaction over the welfare and satisfaction of their own staff, leading to an environment riddled with discontent and disillusionment.In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering employment with 4 Front Security Services, particularly in their Essex district office for mobile patrols.
