Becky Stevenson gave a wonderful presentation on customer journey in my membership the Artist Entrepreneur Club. The presentation was really useful to have a clearer view on what it meant to understand how our clients go from learning about a business to buying. Becky also took the time to answer all questions from members and myself in order to understand how our clients interact when discovering our business. Becky was amazing! She reviewed my Independent Occupational Therapy business. She provided me with a comprehensive report that had clear action points, some of which I could get on with, some I choose to have Becky's support. We worked together to review my therapy packages and fees and put together some great looking brochures. Becky helped me find and set up a note system that worked for me and my clients; integrating my calendar, bookings, appointment reminders, forms and documents.
