Vets4Pets Weston-super-Mare

Fantastic service. Needed an emergency appointment and they got me in to see a vet quickly. Very helpful and kind. Recently re visited, again good service. Diagnosed eyelid infected gland and prescribed medication.

My cat was put down here, she was very special to me as I grew up with her. The staff said they were going to make a paw print for us as we couldn’t afford to keep her ashes. Went to collect it and they’d forgotten and she had already been taken away. Nothing they could do just a very stupid mistake :(

Had to have my beloved Desmond cat PTS, they were so kind and when we arrived a room already prepared for us with unlimited privacy, was so grateful for that, they went above and beyond, no rush and Wilbur was so kind and never rushed us and gave me and my son time with him afterwards.

I wanted to say thank you so much for all you did for my dog Hunnie. I know that she was near the end when I went in to see the lovely vet they operated on Hunnie and I can't believe the difference in her from Friday before last to today . She is so different now she's up and about. I'm not doing too much for her just a bit at a time. All her meds are done except for the pain killer there's a few doses left but I will finish them to help her . I cannot thank you enough for all you did for her xxx Hunnie is so much better than last week she's recovered in leaps and bounds . I can't thank you enough for all that you've done. She's so much happier now xxx

2 new pups registered, chipped, first vaccinations, pet plans and some good advice regarding our concerns with vaccines. Will be continuing to use this practise for the future with our new pets.

Amazing team of people that really care what they are doing. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely highly recommend them. Cannot thank the team at vets4pets enough. Just amazing. Thank you all:) specially Nicky who had such care with truffles. We are so happy.

I phoned them for an emergency appointment as My cat had urine crystals. They told me to come tomorrow. I then called another vet who called vets for pets to remind them of their duty of care. Vets for pets reluctantly agreed to see him. They stayed open so I could bring him in. Most of them were visibly grumpy, which I do understand but it made me feel unwelcome. The vet was moody and visibly annoyed. I was given medication and a supplement. Neither helped my cat recover. Two weeks later having completed the course of both, my poor two year old boy died. I don’t know wether it was misdiagnosed,developed over the weeks or was unrelated. But I thought I was doing the right thing for him. His death was a complete shock. Then Last year I took my dear old rabbit to be put to sleep. The vet was cold and unempathic. The injections he went through were gruesome and traumatising. If she had explained exactly what would happen I would have not allowed my child in the room during. Because of these two incidents and the cost of treatments i won’t be going back to this vet. I miss my cat everyday and I can’t help but think that more could have been done for him.

New puppy (Jack Russell) and this was my first visit to get a booster vaccine. All the reception staff were very friendly and we didn't wait long to see the vet.Reception for Pet Plan and vet explained everything carried out examination and vaccines without any distress to my dog.

Been using Vets4Pets for the past 5 months for my new kittens. The staff have been so friendly and lovely and enjoy fussing over the kittens which I always like to see. The reception staff are also incredibly helpful, I have had no issue with booking appointments at all
