Daniel and his team worked incredibly hard to finish our loft ahead of schedule and on-budget. He accommodated our requests for additional features to make our loft a unique space exactly as we wanted it. The standard of workmanship was really high from Daniel's carpentry and structural work, right through to the plumbing, plastering and electrical work. As our house is in a conservation area, there were some specific planning requirements we had to meet, which Daniel and his architect incorporated into the design to great effect.The site was tidied at the end of every day and everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was efficiently managed and ran smoothly and we would highly recommend DJ Moore Lofts.

If we had any issues, even after completion, it never felt a bother for them to come and resolve them. We had our loft converted by DJ Moore lofts and from the first meeting with Dan he really helped us understand the potential of the space we have. Hearing a number of horror stories around builders we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. Dan and the team took away all the stress of planning permission and approvals as we were having pitched dormers which made the initial process simple. We then had our plans and it was made very clear early on that if we needed any changes or suggestions we could speak with the team to see what was possible. We were due a new child at the same time as starting the work and we didn’t know what to expect but the team were ever so good, great communication about what was going to happen and when and if we had any questions they were more then happy to answer. The whole team were professional, helpful and really made any concerns we had about people working on our house disappear. The loft was completed well within the time frame to an amazing standard. The whole process was very simple and we now have our dream home with the additional space we needed.

From the moment we met Daniel we were sold and its one of the best decisions we have made.We had been told by other loft companies that we couldn't have a loft conversion due to the pitch of our roof but Daniel came up with a solution and took care of everything from that moment on.We now have 2 bedrooms and a shower room in our old loft space and the finish and attention to detail are amazing. Every single one of the team were brilliant and a pleasure to have around our house. Just over 5 weeks to make this transformation and part of the reason has to be the long hours and hard work put in at the start by Stuart and Tom - great guys.We were actually on holiday for 2 weeks during the middle of the build but had no qualms leaving the build to them while we were away. Considering the work that had taken place the house was clean and tidy on our return.We made some small changes and extra requests through the build and Daniel was always accommodating and happy to help or give suggestions.We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.First class company and we are so happy with the finished space.

We played with the idea for a little while about doing something with the unused loft space and it just so happened that another house in our street had just had a loft conversion. We contacted DJ Moore who arranged a viewing for us and we was blown away by the space that was achieved. Naturally thinking we would have to lose a bedroom to allow for the extra staircase but in fact the design just had to lose the airing cupboard only.Never having done something like this before, I had a whole bunch of questions for Daniel when he came round which he was happy to answer. His responses were clear to me that he was very experienced in this area and more than reassured us which led to us signing up very soon after. He didn’t do the hard sale and was very honest and realistic about any requests we might have had. We decided on 1 large master bedroom with en-suite.The build started on time and then everything happened so quickly. Day 1 - the scaffolding went up, Day 2 - structural steels were in place, Day 3 - the dormer was up…..These guys work quickly! Every day after returning home from work there was so much progress made each day. Best of all is that the vast majority of the initial construction is done from the outside so there was little disruption. From start to finish of the entire job was approx. 5 weeks.We decided on a few extras/upgrades during the build including a change of the existing stairs to solid oak so Daniel sourced the products and fitted with a fair price. The quality of the finish for all aspects of the final product is very high as he uses a select set of trusted tradesmen that he has clearly used for a while.Overall we are so happy with the final product. The space that has been created is amazing and it really feels like our own retreat up there. By far the best improvement we have made to our house.

DJ Moore were recommended to us by the Architects Domestic Designs and I cannot praise them highly enough.Honestly, if you are after work of the highest standard and a professionally run company stop now and ring Dan and book them quick.Dan and his team are highly skilled craftsman, nothing is too much trouble they are very tidy ,friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions throughout the build.We are over the moon with our loft conversion it is exactly as we dreamed and Dan and his team have made our dream a reality.
