I am in a state of shock at the quality of food & service at this very unassuming place tucked away on the high street, the gentleman with the beard made the experience very memorable by going above and beyond with his customer service. I have been to this restaurant twice and both times were 10/10! One of my favourite places to eat and they don’t disappoint with the flavours and massive portion sizes. Best joint I have gone to! Would defo recommend to anyone who loves their burgers. This is my family’s favourite spot to eat at. Honestly best place to eat in London

It’s my second time visiting Chicago grill and it wouldn’t be my last. The burger was juicy with plenty of flavor and chips nice and crispy just amazing. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming with good customer service. Overall experience is a place to visit and have a amazing food in Hounslow and Shepherd Bush branch.

I came here for the first time with my family of 5 wanted to try this out absolutely happy customer as everything tasted really good , staff are very nice and welcoming there service is more then 5 star I would definitely recommend you to come here and try it out as I will definitely be coming back

Food was 10/10 juicy burgers, very big buns it was honestly so filling I had to take it home as both me and my husband couldn’t finish ours! The brioche buns are so delicious it has that sweet taste you’d expect and the chicken and meat inside alongside their sauces was so delicious. My children had the chicken strips and one of my children don’t like saucy things on their food which I didn’t know the strips had but they were more than happy to make plain ones for him free of charge which was very generous and kind of them. Their chicken wings was very big and tasty too. Overall we had such a wonderful time eating there.

Asalam o Alaikum! Great hospitality by the manager brother Muhammad made us feel comfortable. The burgers are really juicy and Messy burgers (just as they are supposed to be) the food is prepared fresh and served to perfection. Definitely the best burger joint in Hounslow
