Transferred because I needed a doctors moving location. Can’t wait to move back home so I can use my old one. Nobody answers the phone, can’t make an appointment even though I need to as I’ve been in hospital. Not great.

No parking in front of the entrance. You need to get dropped of in the street.The entrance is on the outside of the building. You can see the roundabout from the doorway.

Staff are warm and welcoming.They give you time and space to explore what might be going on and they never dismiss any worries or concerns. They always follow through with what they say they will do in terms of next steps. They are open and honest and transparent leading to a health patient and Dr relationship

There is no signs directing you to the front door which is on the other side of the building which is not right for disabled people to walk right around the building because security won't allow you to walk through the two sets of rotating doors which cuts the journey by more than half also parking is across the road 2.50 an hour
