After a conversation I had with a gentleman named Trevor, the customer service I received was exceptional with him going as far as offering insight to the vending machine market from his 40+ years of experience. I shall soon be contacting Cafexpress again. I am more than confident in this supplier and believe we were quickly able to build a rapport.

Regrettably the engineers contracted by Trevor to come out to fix our church coffee machine simply just did not know the machine they were supposed to be supporting, and failed on multiple occasions to diagnose the fault correctly. We were charged over £550 for work that simply did not achieve a fix. When we said we felt this was unreasonable amount of money, given that no actual fix was provided, Trevor took us through the Small Claims Court process to get his money back, which I have felt obliged to pay simply because it will cost me more in time and effort to pursue a judge's verdict in our favour. We actually diagnosed and fixed the problem ourselves in the end for £28. I don't feel well treated by Trevor's firm at all. Don’t like the jib at my faith either. No way to treat your customer base.

First order with them and I haven’t been disappointed. The product is of good quality, it was delivered quickly and I wasn’t charged a ridiculous price for delivery, like with some other companies. I have no issues with Cafexpress Ltd and would definitely order from them again.

Not only a good quality machine but Trevor was personally very helpful in its setup which we did ourselves and showing us how to clean and maintain it which is something of a must. A+ service.

Great company to use, they had the exact item I was after and it was of very high quality. The company had a choice of postage options to suit and the item arrived sooner then I was expecting, this was a bonus. All around I would be happy to use again and would recommend them to anyone. I had a large project for a customer to deliver against in short timescales. Spent a lot of time researching what the correct machines were in line with the customers and my requirements. As soon as I knew what machines I needed, I landed on the Cafexpress website as they were by far the best priced machines I could find. From point of order through to delivery I couldn't have been happier with service and quality of goods. I don't normally write review but felt the need as this company exceeded expectation by far. Very impressive business, would highly recommend.

Really happy with the whole experience. We found Cafexpress initially due to their low prices compared to the competition. Trevor was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products, allowing us to make an informed decision on which machine to purchase. The delivery/installation process went smoothly and the machine we chose is now in constant use in a busy office with no complaints. Quality of drinks exceeding expectations too.
