Total conman, bully and crook. Do not buy anything of this guy. He keeps changing his company name and is threatening to do the same again in December after he’s ripped a few more people off. He missold us a vehicle which had over £2000 in faults when taken to a garage. He then verbally threatened and abused both my husband and I after we asked for a refund after 48 hours. He’s now selling cars on his private Facebook page instead of his business page. I can’t wait to see this guy in court!!! Anyone reading this who have encountered the same problemPrivate message me.

Terrible customer service , I traveled 75 miles to view a car after making an appointment to view it . When I arrived nobody was there , and place was locked up . Phone the person I'd spoken 2 hours previously and he said he'd send someone . Well he arrived 10 minutes later and it was like I'd insulted him wanting to view the car .I asked if I could view the car outside as the lighting wasn't brilliant inside to be told no ,not unless I was going to buy the car . I then asked if it would be possible to take it for a test drive and was told not unless I insured it myself .I'd gone to the garage with the money to buy the car , no px , no finance , would of been a straight purchase but the attitude of the staff put me off.

Avoid at all costs. Do not believe a word they say & certainly do not by a vehicle off them. They were happy enough to sell an unroadworthy vehicle & the mot they put on it wasn't worth the paper it was written on either. Gave them the opportunity to put it right but they weren’t bothered. They are more concerned about lining their own pockets than the safety of their customers & other road users.

I don’t normally do reviews especially if it negative. However, it’s worth letting people know that they need to avoid this company at all cost.I bought a car from them back in September paid 11K only two days after purchased got an engine malfunction light, after bringing it to their attention it was agreed for me to use a local mechanic because of the distance to travel back to Preston and they would pay for the repairs. Repairs cost me £660 but needless to say all subsequent attempts to contact this company was ignores and no payment was ever made by Elite Motors. It’s now December I still haven’t received the car logbook, contact the company, managed to get hold of the bloke, said he would check and get back to me, three weeks later no contact and my calls and text just completely ignored as before.Faulty cars and no regards for customers and their safety seems to be a trend with this company, please avoid!!!
