Ten Nails Spa

I had a terrible experience with Ten Nails Spa.I went for a white-tip pedicure (which I get every month from different salons) and the worker at this salon cut the sides of my nails too deeply cutting into my skin causing them to bleed. There was blood on the towel and she falsely claimed it was paint but hadn't used any red paint on me. Then she blamed my toes. (Why do some people do this instead of just owning up truthfully to their mistakes?) She even used the towel to wipe the blood away. The worker then absurdly used the electric nail file machine between my toes which stung so much. I told the worker to stop as I had had enough of this painful treatment. A pedicure is meant to be relaxing and enjoyable - not torturous. The whole time the Manager was watching and listening that I was in distress but unemotionally ignored everything. When I asked him for help he was extremely cold and sided with his worker blaming my toes. He then decided to walk away unconcerned.My main worry was my toes getting infected or getting an ingrown toenail as the worker had dug deep and cut into my skin to remove the side nails. (My toes do not need the sides of their nails removing either.) She kept saying she wanted them perfect but she should have stopped when I asked her and when she heard I was in pain. She kept ignoring me and hurting me again.Once I had put my footwear back on I asked for the Manager's name and he refused to tell me, instead he pointed to the back of the walls where there were some certificates with different names on them. The Manager just looked at me coldly and when I asked him if he understood what had happened he laughed and said, “There is no injury just a little bit of bleed...!”The bleeding came from an injury!One day later and my toes have still been sore and painful today. Horrifying service from unprofessional workers.I would have appreciated honesty from the workers and a simple apology. Own up to mistakes instead of pretending nothing happened or chuckling at a distressed customer.

I always come here to get my nails done. Long lasting nails as always and good service they always ask me if i want refreshments i appreciate it a lot.

Great salon, with nails done by Lovely staff. Amazing nail tech! I love my nails so much! This was the first time ever getting my nails done and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t recommended this place enough. super talented and 100% would go back to Ten nails to get my nails done again in a few weeks

Just went here after my friend recommended i get my acrylics here and i am highly satisfied!! It was easy to book an appointment, outstanding service, and the quality of my acrylics are top tier. The price was also significantly cheaper than other places I've been to in the past. Can't wait to come back next time!!!

Ten Nails Spa does the BEST pedicure i've ever experienced! omg my feet literally feel and look extremely smooth and soft after the pedicure. I will recommend this place to all my friends. On top of that i am also highly impressed with your service, the staff are welcoming and very professional with their job.

Always get a great pedicure here. Includes a hot stone massage and they offer water tea and coffee too which other nail salons in the area don’t do. From just £20 it’s really good value. Friendly staff too.

Service was friendly but there was half hour wait after appointment time. The nails looked really thick and were unevenly painted. Some acid went into a cut on my finger. My natural nail was also drilled without asking. The worst was the hygiene. Both a brush and towel which were used to wipe a table with other customers’ nail dust were then used to wipe my hands.

I'm always happy to return to here, they are honestly superb in what they do and i always feel stunning whenever i get my nails done here. Even my little niece loves my nails whenever i come over, she always touches my nails and wants her own aha. I will likely take her here to get her nails done on her birthday! There was a nice calm and relaxing atmosphere. She did a brilliant job with the marble design on my nails - so thank you! Worth the money an great price in my opinion.
