Very happy with the service & quick turnaround. Wanted a seat,cushion to fit into a bedroom bay window. Ron gave us the option as he was busy for the next few months. We weren’t in a rush, so left the measurements with him.Ten days later he called around in his van with the finished product. Great, quick, bespoke service & craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.

Amazing upholsterer his work is always worth the wait. I have had no complications with him.

What great service from Cloughs. We had six dining chair seat pads re-covered at a very good price. Priced on the phone and when we wanted the work done the materials were in stock within a few days. Contacted us when stock arrived and arranged a day. Work completed in a day.

Irresponsible, disorganised, and unprofessional.I brought some fabric to Cloughs at the start of June 2020 to have some cushions and a bench seat cover made. I was assured that although he was busy the items would be ready for collection in 2-3 weeks. They weren't ready on time and I called in and rang up several times to check up on the progress of the order always being told it was on the list and they were busy but working on it. In November I was promised it would be definitely be ready before Christmas. It is now December and I still have absolutely nothing. Worse than that, Cloughs only began working on it today after calling me earlier in the week because measurements had been lost, then said that the fabric was too crumpled to work on - no surprise at all after being stored in a bag in the workshop for six months. The upholsterer said he should have checked the fabric before accepting the order but we did this in the workshop on the day I dropped the materials off. Six months wasted time where I could have taken my materials and gone somewhere else.All I can say is Cloughs Upholstery are a complete and utter waste of time. I have been very patient - very few people would continue to try to support a local business after being messed around for six months. I've gone into the shop multiple times to check progress only to find what are clearly new orders being put together while mine was still left to one side. I don't take the effort to write a bad review often or lightly but I went with this company after reading some good reviews so I hope I can save others wasting their time too. If I could rate zero stars I would. If you want to waste months on end chasing someone up, being given false information, and waiting for your order to be finished then go with Cloughs, otherwise look elsewhere.

I've used Cloughs twice now, bought a cheap corner group and Ronnie completely transformed it by changing the cheap padding for a good quality foam, the difference was unbelievable and the cost was amazing, also totally renewed my Laura Ashley sofa which would've cost fortunes, cost me less than £200 and it was like a new sofa, I was made up with his service and wish a long standing local business every continued success.

Fabulous service. A real gentleman, very helpful and reasonably priced. I needed booster cushions to enable my tiny dog to see out of the car window. Yes it sounds daft but it's true. Couldn't find anywhere that sold single square cushions, at a reasonable price and decided to try Clough's. Got a much better deal here. Absolutely delighted!

Ronnie was absolutely fantastic nothing ever to difficult for him.. even when I was phoning him loads.. his work is impeccable my suite is gorgeous and the finish couldn't fault it or him.. so I totally recommend Cloughs Upholstery highly.. always be on my list.. Thank You..
