The man at the reception is incompetent, doesn't listen to what patients says. I missed my appointment because he couldn't bother to check on the computer what I was coming for.

The lady on the reception was very rude and abrupt. There are mixed messages given my the different staff members as you have to check in at A&E but then get sent back to wait again. It was very busy in both departments but felt that things could quite easily have been streamlined with less bureaucracy and better triage.

The worst hospital I've ever been in my life and the rudest secretary you could ever find. Having high fever (39-40), swollen tonsils, and having tested negative for covid and flu, I called 111 to discuss my symptoms, which I knew were tonsillitis as this is something that happens to me oftenly. The clinician at 111 told me I will book an appointment with a doctor

In great distress because our son had all but amputated his fingertip in the door hinge, we were met by a very level-headed and reassuring receptionist, seen and given first aid very quickly by a super friendly young man, and given a treatment plan within a couple of hours by a team of very compassionate and friendly health care professionals.They turned a nightmare into amanageable situation.
