This is the third time Debbie has helped me. She is friendly, warm and patient. She communicates clearly and is prompt.She's especially good with my mum who has dementia, whom she treats with gentle kindness.Highly recommended.

We needed to urgently have a repair carried out on back patio doors following entry by the Fire Brigade, and were recommended to contact Debbie, The Lock Monkey. We are so pleased that we were given contact details as Debbie, confirmed arrival on the morning that we phoned her and arrived promptly. Debbie was friendly and professional, with excellent expertise in quickly, efficiently and cleanly replacing lock barrel but also fixing the other damage to the door lock panel. Amongst frantic panic of being locked out I was given the phone number of Lock Monkey. Debbie responded promptly, listened carefully to the issue and crawled through holiday traffic to the rescue.
