Western Cars Horley Taxi Service Gatwick

Have always used this company, when flying from Gatwick, we leave our car at a friend's, they meet its there and drop off at airport. Never late, updates on where your taxi is, along with car registration, colour/make and drivers name. Drivers always super helpful, and patient aa my husband is disabled. Always lift suitcases in the car. Good value for money

Have used Western Cars on many occasions and have always found the service to be reliable, the drivers are always personable and friendly.Our driver today was no exception. He had a really nice car, was a safe safe driver and I would definitely recommend him and Western Cars in the future.

We booked a drop off and collection with Western Cars to Heathrow. First time we have used this company, but from arranging our trips via email with Ian, to our returning journey today, we found them to be professional and courteous. Nice clean cars and friendly drivers. Would definitely use again.

I used Western Cars for the first time this week and they deliver a 5 star service. They picked me up from a JustPark location at 4.30am to take me to Gatwick North. The communication was excellent, it was a very reasonable price and the car was very comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again.

Happy with the person on the phone. But the driver that came took a proper detour on purpose. Longer trip for more money. And dropped me on the wrong place.Before had fee trips with this service,.and in general happy with you. Except this time.

The worst taxi service I've had in a long time. We made a booking on Wednesday for a pick up and return on Saturday. They were a no show on the pick up and over many calls I was told that the driver was on a break, that there were no cars in Horley, that the car was 3 minutes away ( 3 times) and finally that the previous controller had been telling lies. Finally got picked up 45 minutes late. The return journey they were an hour late. The info from the calls were that he is 2 minutes away, then that we did not have a booking, then he would text when he got to us, then he had no mobile signal then he phoned our home number. Well guess what we weren't there as we were still waiting to go home.
