I want to change my doctors man asap these aren’t no good I used to go here when I used to live in Wolverhampton I needed help with my life problems and the doctor told me he doesn’t cater in that subject it’s redicilous I went to a doctors a few years ago in Birmingham and it’s the best doctors in the Midlands named Enki Medical Practice by Modality Partnership company villa road Birmingham b19 when i went there they helped me a lot and understood everything about me and my life I’m going back defo I need paper work from primrose Lane surgery transferred over right now because they havent got a clue about me stupid people help hey say no help more like it bye Wolverhampton doctors have a good life man

Extremely poor customer service. Called the blood test department 23 times to check my appointment - no one picked up.

I escorted my mother today, so I could see for myself if her concerns was correct.Up on the doctor enter he managed to make the atmosphere rushed And erratic.He now agrees taking medication from my mother was not help full and will restart them, but only done to reduce miss use from druggies. My mother is not nor looks like a druggies, and maybe common sense from the Dr would have prevailed.Hosiptal informs daily reading of blood pressure but primrose lane DR advised not to. My mother was near cardiac arrest on saturday due to blood pressure high and pulse dropping.Sadly I'm thinking primrose health clinic maybe better suited to animal welfare, as these poor creature cannot speak up nor care that patients care is dreadful.Even if primrose became a vets my pets would stay clear.

Cannot not get an appointment to see dr kainth face to face all his doing is sitting on his bum prescribing and they call it stressful I would not recommend this surgery to anyone and I’ve been with this surgery all my life when gasper had it all dr kainth has done is run it down

Appalling, unprofessional attitude displayed by the nurses who were taking blood today. A lady who was limping using a walking stick, could not get there quick enough as the nurse kept calling in what sounded a very annoyed tone. She didn't bother to get off her chair to check what was the hold.Me on the other hand, she didn't even bother to read my name or even look at me, just spit the instructions out. Spoke to me like I was interrupting her from doing something more important.Animals are treated better than this. I leave here disgusted by their service.If these are acceptable caring standards, then what has NHS come to. There may not be enough funds for many things, but people should not be in the job if they can't even maintain the basic caring standards. Get out of the job, give someone else a chance to do it right.

Good and excellent service. They maintain appointments time and date. Nice and friendly staff. Receptionist were nice and scientists were also nice. Clean environment. Appropriate parking spaces.

I was a patient at this practice until today where I requested a de-registration as I dont want any primary care with this or any other gp I just want to die a slow and painful death I cannot take anymore, nobody seems to care here despite they are meant to have a duty of care not fit for purpose

Receptionist are rude, they have no compassion towards patients, the only one who is ok is the young man where they have found these women from I don't know they need to learn manners towards patients and they need to stop sending me texts messages too, avoid avoid avoid
