Bowerchalke Barn

We got married in June at Bowerchalke Barn and it was simply perfect from start the finish. The venue recieved nothing but compliments from our guests. Every view, inside and out, is picture perfect. Our day was exactly as we hoped; relaxed, fun and gorgeous in more ways than one. We cannot recommend the venue and the recommend suppliers enough, they made for a fantastic, seamless day.

Carolyn was extremely welcoming from the very first visit, flexible, professional and proactive. Nothing was too much trouble and she or Tim responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Carolyn took the stress and anxiety out of our wedding day when she said 'that's my job, I do that' and it did appear Carolyn 'can and did do everthing' to make our Wedding Day perfect. Thank you Bowerchalke Barn a truly beautiful venue and as one of our guest said 'spectacular'....

We couldn't have picked a more stunning location for our wedding on 10 June 2023. On one of the hottest days of the year, we were able to have our dream of an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful fields surrounding Bowerchalke Barn. As a result of a cancellation, we booked our wedding with 6 months to go. Carolyn, the Barn's wedding coordinator, and Tim, were so supportive and helpful in assisting us with preparations and were absolutely fantastic on the day itself. They went above and beyond to make our day incredible, including assisting the bride's mother when she fainted during the reception and helped us buy extra drinks when our supplies were dwindling. The Barn looks absolutely incredible in our official wedding pictures and we will always remember this as the most perfect day. We held a small, intimate and very personal marriage at Bowerchalke Barn this January and it was a day that will live long in our memory. Timmy and his team were absolutely incredible, we couldn't be more thankful for everything they did for us and also at such short notice. It is clear they care so much about their business, putting on the perfect day for their guests and ensuring we had the best time possible.Nothing was ever too much hassle, they are friendly, accommodating and know how to put on a wedding, organising everything from seating to food (delicious). As a licences venue it meant we could have it all under one roof which was perfect for us. The Barn itself is something to behold, the lighting, decoration all works beautifully and it backs onto the most beautiful countryside. We couldn't have asked for more.Again another huge thank you to Timmy and his team for going above and beyond to create a really special day for us.

If you’re looking for a venue that speaks for itself Bowerchalke Barn is certainly the venue to choose. My now husband and I viewed the venue 18 months prior to our wedding date and we fell in love with it immediately. The setting is perfect.The team at Bowerchalke are amazing. I 100% recommend Carolyn the wedding coordinator. She took away all the stress and did the best job.We had the best day and I cannot think of a thing I would have changed.

Gorgeous setting, ancient feeling barn with lovely lighting and bar area. Plenty of space to dance. We were there in November and with a barn dance to keep us warm it was brilliant. May have been chilly if we were just there for a sit down dinner. Loos were slightly rustic" - portaloos with not much lighting - but I have a feeling this was a temporary arrangement while another area was being refurbished. Had overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests about how wonderful the venue was and requests for this to become an annual event!"

A gem of a venue. Carolyn and Tim were a reassuring presence during the whole process of organising our big day, from the lead up months before, setting up the day before and on the big day itself. A beautiful location, we honestly cannot fault a single thing.

Myself and my husband had the best time celebrating our wedding at bowerchalke barn. We fell in love with the barn 2 years prior, when viewing the property and it was incredible on the couple of days before, where we could see our 2 years worth of planning all coming together. Tim and Carolyn were really helpful on the day, checking in to see if we needed anything and if we wanted any help in the lead up to set up.We got married outside in the hut which was super special and allowed our guests to be suprised by the inside of the barn following the ceremony.We highly recommend bowerchalke as a wedding venue, it's beautiful, has so much character and tim and Carolyn are great!!
