I think we found the only conveyancer more proactive than we are! It would be hard to overstate how impressed we were by Kasia’s calm efficiency. She was always multiple steps ahead of us, troubleshooting problems ahead of time, keeping us fully informed but without over-complicating it. Highly recommend.

Phanice, Rachel and Kristie from the Aylesbury office were absolutely fantastic in helping get our move over the line. At a point where it all seemed it was falling apart they pulled out all the stops to get things exchanged and completed. Fantastic service! Kidd Rapinett have been great, and in particular Martin McCabe who worked on my case. My flat sale turned out to be extremely complex with the need for a Deed of Variation and a very tight timeline to complete (due to an onward sale), but nothing was too much for Martin and he turned everything around extremely quickly (sometimes within minutes!)- going above and beyond what I would have expected from a solicitor. And for that I’m extremely grateful. Thank you Martin!

You make me sick. You guys took my 100£ deposit and called it a counselling session. I told Ms.Bazaz that i don't want a counselling session she gave me contract paper to sign and told me to pay whatever cash i have then gave me a recipe. I had to pay another 650 to company account but i couldn't manage it. Then she said your 100 is considered for the session. Whole meeting was like 8 mins only. If i knew it was a session i would ask my questions. She took my documents also but posted them after 2 days. This is a rip off. It is like stealing.
