D.J.Holmes catering LTD

Donnovan catered for our YourMap launch event with about 40 people present. We had lamb hot pot, pickled cabbage, three bean stew, coleslaw, vegetable cous cous and rice. I had many people approach me, praising the food. Especially lamb hot pot.Donnovan provided us with the chafing dishes, set them up and collected them when the function was over. He was happy to provide us with the list of ingredients for each dish prior to event and was easy to communicate with. Will highly recommend!

I first met Donovan and tasted outstanding food made by him at an event in April 2022: delicious hot pot and prettily-decorated exotic fruit salad. Subsequently, I have asked Donnovan to cook for a number of events and he has been incredibly accomodating, with high standards of cleanliness, a high work ethic, great teamwork and a professional presentation. The taste and variety of flavours of Donovan's soups and sandwiches are exemplary!
