Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
A short walk from the car park to the hide. They use RingGo to pay, you can log on later if no signal at the time.Beautiful views over the loch, plenty of seals, herons and other seabirds. We visited late afternoon last week and spotted 2 white tailed eagles resting on the island just in front of us!No facilities, just the views

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
Great place to stop for a while to check out the wildlife, especially wheelchair friendly from the car park to the hide. Gravel track with gentle gradient. Board walk to get into the hide adds to the sense of adventure in the trees. Small car park, story boards to explain what there is to see. There is a path over to another car park and picnic area beside the sea. Do both places.

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
A very easy to reach wildlife hide not to far from the carpark. Good viewing points for all ages and abilities. Kids would have great fun using the telescope. The advertised binoculars seem to have been pinched which is a shame. Local adjoining walking routes are also all well marked out. Great spot for a picnic but sadly no otters spotted. Just a couple of seals and a goose.

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
Didn't see anything but the hide is great and sheltered from the rain. A telescope is provided and there is a chalk board to write down what you spot. Lots of sightings of otters, dolphins, orcas and seals have been recorded.

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
We spotted herons and numerous seals even with noisy children.It's lovely that a telescope is provided, but bring your binoculars for a closer look.There are information books available to help identify the species you can see and seating if you to spend a while wildlife watching.A lovely woodland walk aswell with fungi even in August.

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
Beautiful hide, very tranquil location. Great for some animal spotting at any time through the provided telescope. We managed to see some seals on the nearby island, unfortunately no otters though. Would recommend bringing your own binoculars if you have some, but otherwise the fixed telescope works fine. There is also a cute hiking trail just around the corner from the hide. Not sure what weather and time is best for spotting animals, we went in cold rainy weather around 3pm.

Absolutely fabulous, loved seeing the seals and oystercatchers, missed the otters but believe they are there frequently. Beautiful area.

Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide
Wonderful little spot. Lovely,well thought out hide. Saw herons, Greylag and goslings and Canada Geese. No otter but superlative views. Loch like a mirror.
