I have used the Grangemouth branch a few times over the last couple of years for DIY projects and they have been excellent. I used them again recently for a bigger job and the person I had employed to do the job seriously underestimated the amount of material required and I needed more material same day otherwise I would have had to send joiners away and get them back another day. Grangemouth were out of stock but Gordon contacted Jim at Broxburn and between them they sorted it. Brilliant customer service and competitive prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for timber materials now.

Been down a few times over the covid period. The staff have always been polite and willing to help while keeping a 2m distance. The click and collect is spot on without any hitches. They make you feel at ease. Well done for a fantastic service. Thank you

Excellent customer service. The items that I wanted to order were not in stock and Donna worked her magic to get them delivered the next day. Jimmy called and delivered them on time as we had agreed and was very helpful and friendly. A great level of service and highly recommend.
