Once stole a tenner short changing me for coins. Another time their machine had a fault and they made me pay again. Rude, untrustworthy, treat customers badly

A great place to wash your clothes. The place is super clean and the young lady who works there was so nice. Only knock is no place to fold your clothes.

Great self service laundry. Attendant was very helpful and was able to make change as the change machine was out of order. Two sized washers. One is 6 pounds a load and larger is 9 pounds. Dryers are large and 2 pounds for 12 minutes.

ExcellentKristina is a lovely person, very nice and helpful. The facility was spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone who need to utilize a washer or dryer. The machines are great, well maintained.

One of the cleanest, efficient laundrettes I've been to! A little on the expensive side though. The attendant is happy to exchange notes for coins for you. Washing powder is provided for £1, Small washing load £6, Large washing load £9 and drying is £2 for 12 minutes

Do not come here at all, unless you want any personal belongings stolen.The lady who owns the shop stole from me, when I came back to look for this valuable item, she didn’t even help me search for it and was extremely unhelpful and rude.I will never come back here again. Avoid!

September 2019. I'm visiting London from San Francisco. After a week I needed to do laundry, so I found this store in a small street in the Bayswater area. How convenient! Nice lady took my laundry, said come back in two hours. It was ready, it was perfectly laundered and folded. I give this business my highest recommendation.

Needed to wash clothes on a business trip. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Recommend, I did self wash but they have a service that seemed fast and reasonable.

First time using the self washing services so wasn't sure what to expect. The lady behind the counter was lovely and ecxeptionaly helpful explaining how all works , giving some adviceThe space is clean, filled with light, welcoming.May use again.
