Friendly staff and great service.I visited the shop to see if they sell a tool I needed to remove the bottom bracket on my MTB. They didn’t but offered to remove it. Although it was really tricky to take off as it was tight. They left it lubricated overnight and managed to remove the next day and put in the new bottom bracket. All at a very reasonable price.

OMG what service! I have a 2011 bike needed a new part. Emailed 4 local shimano dealers and 73 degrees were the only one to answer. Jensen provide fantastic customer support even recommending bike fit before parts were changed. Great shout as I needed a shorter crank. They fitted the parts I purchased and couldn’t do enough to help me get my bike back to almost new. Service was exemplary and It’s certainly worth the hour plus commute to see the team. It’s amazing to see they treat everyone the same if your bike is £120 like mine or worth thousands. Thank you all so much looking forward to my next trip there.

While I have purchased at this shop previously and been satisfied with their customer service, I wish to specifically comment about their welcoming attitude to me after I was knocked off my bike.They checked my bike over and, more importantly, checked that I was ok. Cyclists should know that this is a welcoming bike shop and the staff clearly value the cycling hobby as much as their own business.Thank you to the team.

I just had a bike fit with Jon in the studio above 73Degrees. I'm fairly new to cycling, and he explained everything very patiently, from what exactly he was going to look at and adjust, to how I could tell if it felt right or not. My bike needs repairing before it is rideable, so I was able to do the whole fit on his adjustable jig and he can send me all the measurements for the bike to be fixed to fit me.He also explained everything he was doing so I understood, and if any little niggles come up I should be able to tweak the bike measurements to sort them out. He also helped me choose a saddle, explaining what to look for, letting me try out different styles, and taking my measurements to find which would fit well.Throughout the process he was friendly and approachable, gave me plenty of chances to ask any questions I might have, and swapped stories of his own cycle touring experiences. Jon is competent and thorough, and offers support after the fitting if you find you have later questions. The process is personalised to your needs, and he thought to send photos of the entrance to help me find the place as they have just moved a few doors down and haven't got the big sign up yet.There are some tables downstairs to have coffee if you arrive early, and the guys at 73Degrees even gave me mine for free as the heating wasn't all working! (Thoughtful heater in the changing room, though!) All in all, a very recommendable experience, thank you.

I cannot recommend 73 Degrees enough. Simon in particular is excellent. I visited for a new pair of shoes and they have 100% delivered. He listened to what type of cycling I'd be doing and the issues I had with my current shoes so he really understood what I needed. Simon then took the time to help me understand the different fits across the brands and was patient as we tried on pair after pair. I found the perfect shoes (no more numb feet!) but even if we hadn't I'd be over the moon with my experience. Thank you Simon & team.

I emailed Jon about a bike fit at a point when I just didn't know what to do.I was chasing out problems and causing others in a bike that should have been bringing me joy but was just not comfortable.After a quick chat he ordered in a load of shoes for me, accommodated my very limited availability (I live over seas) and he spent four hours working through each of my problem areas and making adjustments to my existing bike. He is methodical and works with you to achieve what you want from a fit.The difference is astounding. I am excited about riding again.It was worth every penny of money and every minute of my time. This guy really does know his science and how to fit a bike to your body.

excellent bike shop , super service , very easy to deal with , I purchased a new TT bike with upgrades at a great price ! the in house bike fit studio upstairs is a real bonus, i booked in the bike fot with John and he is a top bloke , very methodical and explains in detail what and why he is making the adjustments, he also identified that my shoes were a size too big and then spent a lot of time going through all the different shoe brands and fits etc, all the staff in the shop are really knowledgeable and super relaxed, I wouldn't hesitate in going back in the future.

Great bike shop, staff are always welcoming and friendly. Got my bike serviced, amazing value for money considering the amount of work done, feels like a new bike! There was a slight issue after service but it was quickly resolved when I returned and again the staff were friendly and competent. Would recommend visiting as there's also a lot of stock in the shop too. Keynsham is lucky to have such a good independent bike shop.

Really top service from all of the team members. A very honest and professional approach and lovely customer service. Must make time for a coffee next time.

Always awesome.Popped in with an unusual request to fit handlebar tape to my crutches as my hands are shredding in this heat. Didn't bat an eyelid and sorted me out there and then. From servicing my bikes to improving crutches I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cheers guys.
