We were at our wits end with our boiler and central heating system. It was working erratically and it got to the point we were without heating and hot water. It was proving a bit of a mystery to other people we'd had in to look at it - and then Taylor & Carlisle were recommended to us. Thank goodness! Freddie and Richard (and Sean) were absolutely brilliant - they went the extra mile (and then some), and were super professional, really knowledgeable and actually had the skills to top it all off. Everything sorted. We had complete confidence in them. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

I am surprised nobody else has reviewed this company. We found both Richard and Freddie to be very professional, punctual, and clear communicators. Thanks to their great work, our house is now warmer, in particular our front room. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Freddie and Richard. Very professional and reliable. Explained all that was being done and what had to be done in a way that could be understood. Absolute perfectionists. Always have them back for boiler servicing. Very competitive price. Felt safe in the knowledge they had done a good job. Would not go anywhere else for help if needed.

Richard and Freddie have serviced our boiler for a few years, fitted a new boiler, moved pipes around, and always deliver an excellent service. Professional and friendly, and straight with you on what it'll cost. Great attention to detail and no cutting corners. Highly recommended.

Freddie and Richard are both Punctual and very knowledgeable. They take their time to explain what needs doing and provide very competitive prices on supplying and fitting parts. They also do our Annual boiler service at a very competitive market price. No job is too much hassle for these guys, and they are both very polite at all times.
