I've been going to these guys since the year 2000. Always explain the issue with the car in detail. Always show the replaced part. Once went out of their way to save me 90% on a new Alternator by actually machining a part for it themselves and repairing the unit rather than replacing it. But they're popular! So book well in advance :-)
