A huge thank you to York Elevators (especially Andy)! We had a lift breakdown at our care home and our existing lift maintenance company became a nightmare to deal with. York Elevators offered to have a look, were really professional & tried their best at repair. Unfortunately due to the age of the lift this became difficult so we went ahead with a full electrical refurbishment which was completed quickly and competitively. We were kept informed at all stages and now have our lift back in service - they are highly knowledgeable and we felt at total ease throughout the whole process. We're now moving our lift maintenance contract over to them too. A genuinely great company to deal with & highly recommended for all lift needs.
