Scott was great, he came within a day of me making contact to see the job. They came to do it very quickly. The lads were fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Wanted my drains moved so arranged with S & C drain service to come & do the work. Scott & his team came did the work, no messing & did a great job. Later that day I realised I needed something else doing, so I rang Scott, & Andy came the next day modified what I wanted in no time. Would definitely recommend & use them again if I need too.

Andy came out to price up a job for some drains for us. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was also incredibly nice and patient with my stupid questions. He went through the options and was completely honest and transparent about price, which was very competitive compared to others. He put the camera down everywhere he could to analyse the problem and show exactly what he was talking about. There were absolutely no pressure selling techniques going on.In the meantime, he managed to unblock a drain that two other companies had previously failed at after they had claimed the drain had collapsed.Due to the bizarre way our drains are all connected, I have a feeling future problems will be inevitable, but I'll be sleeping better knowing I have S&Cs number for if and when something comes up.Couldn't recommend more highly.

Rang one evening in a panic after a plumber told us our drains and new soil stack were possibly blocked (toilet fully backed up) Scott was great on the phone, and told us he could send someone out asap. Andy arrived really quickly, was so calm and matter of fact, explained the issue and how he could resolve it, then got on with what he needed to (surprisingly very very happily considering the nature of the job hahaha) Seemed like a really lovely guy. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone :)

Fantastic service, had many other drainage/plumbing 'experts' come look at a problem in our commercial venue (Quoting 10 x the amount that Scott and his team charged to fix the issue). Called Scott up and they came out the following day as agreed and rectified the issues. They resolved in less than 1 hour, other companies came out and spent longer without resolution. If Scott and the team didn't come out we would have been forced closure for the whole bank holiday weekend. Great service and I recommend very highly to anyone with drainage issues.Thanks again

Scott, Andy and Bradley worked hard to unblock our drains. They explained what they were planning to do, what the camera was showing them and what possible remedial work needed doing. They went through all the options and let us make an informed decision. I was most impressed by their professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend them.

Really happy with these guys service, Scott was quick, efficient, and there was always good communication. I needed a survey doing on a drain before I bought a property, they did it swiftly and informed me what needed doing and costings. And soon after I called them out to do the repairs, they gave me a fair price, and Andy explained everything down to the T. Both him and another young lad who came were friendly and just what you need in stressful times! I saw the cracks in the video they did again of the drains and they completed the job in the sweltering heat, finishing in a few hours. They also provide videos of both survey and repairs.
