Shenfield Nails

Great friendly staff. Never had a problem and they do an excellent job on my short bitten nails. Nails always look fab afterwards. Only time I've ever had to wait is if I haven't booked an appointment but that is to be expected when they are busy.I'm a regular customer and go back at least every 2-3 weeks.

Pedicure was through and my French tips are amazing. Thank you so much. Good prices too!

Booked an appointment over the phone, arrived and had to wait an hour with no apology and wasn’t even greeted at the door. The space was over cramped and messy, with one of the nail techs vaping inside. Service was rushed, and my nails were not properly prepared. I would advise to choose any other nail place, as this one was not worth the (high) price at all.

I had the worst time at this nail salon I waited an 1hour when I already booked an appointment. All they done was talk to each other in there language they keep hurting me and was so so so rude .

Awful experience, they were very rude and rushed my nails. I requested to have BIAB but instead got given builder gel, and when using the electric filer they made two of my nails very weak which caused them to break. Less than a week, I had two broken nails where they did not take good care or apply enough product to help them be strong.Would not go back!!

Only place my mom and I will have our nail's done. The staff pride in quality not rush and get done, the relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owner has a personality and knows all her customers.This is the best and only nail bar I have and will go to. Thank you Shenfield nail's for 7years of incredible and impeccable service.

Waited longer to have my nails done, than actually having them done. So rushed. I pointed out so many times that the nails were wonky & nothing done about them she just kept filing them & telling me “THEY ARE OK NOW!” When they wasn’tMy first time here & wont be going back!Then when I went to pay my NatWest app wasn’t working to transfer the money, so I said can I just pop to the cash point which is directly opposite & she said “yeah leave you’re phone” and proceeded to talk to her customer saying I was going to run off? Me? A 29 year old women? Run off?AVOID! AWFUL!

I had a terrible experience at the nail salon today. Despite booking in advance, I had to wait for 45 minutes before my treatment began. The nail technician (boy) assigned to me was rude, unprofessional, and couldn't speak English properly. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, and he did things his way, causing me pain during the treatment.What's worse, the technician cut my cuticles improperly and left scars on my fingers. While he was hurting me, he was speaking in his language to his colleagues and laughing. I felt completely disrespected and mocked by the technician and his team.To add insult to injury, the salon charges excessively high prices for such terrible service. Overall, my experience was dreadful, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

My daughter recommended this place to me. I do my nails often and have never experienced such world class service than from Shenfield Nails. The nail technicians are extremely gentle and take extra time to make sure you are happy with the final product. Absolutely amazing salon.
