I posted my car on Carwow on Saturday and sold it to Thatchers Motors that day. Matt contacted us on Monday where all the purchase details were completed speedily with no problems. My car was collected on Tuesday by a nice man called Michael and the money was in my account before he left on his journey south. Our dealings with Matt were very straightforward and friendly. The one glitch was my not understanding the way forward regarding the V5, possibly it could have been made a bit clearer at the time but all was sorted satisfactorily. Matt was great and dealt with everything superbly, a professional without doubt.

Absolutely outstanding. I have dealt with many dealers before, but all pale in comparison with Thatchers. Roger has been a complete godsend during the whole process of buying a car. We had delays picking up the car due to reasons beyond our control, but during this whole time the communication, customer service and entire process were made seamless with Rogers efforts. Looking at buying another car at the end of the year and Thatchers will be the only dealership I can trust to use. They certainly deserve more than 5 stars. I cannot recommend them enough. Don’t buy from anywhere else but here! Thankyou Roger!

I had an excellent experience with Thatchers. I bought a car for my daughter under a strict budget and found a bargain at this garage. An old car but looked as good as new. One lady owner, with a full service record from the dealer ship. A very good deal. good people to deal with and an excellent car. Thank you very happy.

Called to ask to come and see a car we were interested in. Were told we would not be allowed to take it for a test drive unless we had ALREADY DECIDED TO BUY IT after looking at it. Who buys a dress without trying it on to make sure it fits? Same with a car, you have to drive it to see if the ride height, etc of the seat/wheel configuration suits you and see whether the car feels tired or still has life in it. The price was a good £1500 less than I was expecting for the mileage and the year so got the distinct impression that the seller was hiding something by not wanting us to drive it before making our minds up that this was the car for us. He was so rude and abrupt that we followed our instincts and walked away. Have now bought another car elsewhere from a much more helpful dealer who not only let us drive it first, but has given us a no quibble 30 day return guarantee!

Friendly enough service during the purchasing process. However upon collecting the vehicle, and beginning my journey home I realised the car had been sold with the incorrect milage advertised.The garage did casually mention a family member had been using it as a run around whilst it was in their possession. I did not anticipate this to be over 1200 extra miles. And at no point was this clarified to be the case, or was the advert updated.Upon checking the paper work it became clear, the milage listed was indeed incorrect from the point of sale to the tune of 1200 miles.This obviously caused me concern and a level of trust was broken. The car also hadn't received a valet upon collection; and this was only confirmed when collecting and told valets don't work on Sunday"

Bought my car from Matt & Roger about 6 weeks ago now and have to say they are brilliant. Polite, helpful and no hard sell. Reason I’ve left it a while to write this review is because I wanted to check the after sales service with a small seat belt issue I had but Matt & Roger immediately rectified this issue and arranged for a replacement seat belt. Would highly recommend Thatchers and would definitely source our next vehicle via them if we can.

Well what can I say having brought my sons first car from Thatchers autos it was such an amazing and easy experience from start to finish, Matt and Roger were so nice to us in giving us advice on what was right for him it was such a reassuring feeling to know we where buying the right car for him, the car it’s self is absolutely immaculate inside and out I would 100 % recommend Thatchers autos to anyone.
