Is there an option for a zero star review.The lady behind the counter needs to sort her attitude out she initially yelled at me to sanitise my hands and as i was about to pay she yelled at the customer in front of me she was rude to the customer who was simply asking a question but then rudely told her she did not have the right thing and she needed something else then gave her pointless instructions to find where it was.Would not recommend unless this person gets a better attitude

Wow looks like covid has clearly taken away this lady’s customer service skills, manners, ability to be pleasant and wanting to have custom.It’s very clear to see that the lady behind the counter is very very rude, just look at the comments. Glad I’m not the only one!!! It’s a wonder why she is still working there!It’s a shame to as the shop has someWonderful stuff in, shame there won’t be customers much longer. Amazon here I come!

Unbelievably rude woman working here. She initially shouted at me to sanitise (covid isn't spread by touch but whatever, she could have asked nicely and I would - I was wearing a mask). I was then waiting by the door for someone to move away from the display of chocolate bars in the other corner, which is what I came in for. She shouted at me - twice - to start on the other side of the shop" which was a display of things I didn't want to look at.I told her I would shop elsewhere and left.I'm perfectly capable of giving people space to shop and perfectly capable of waiting a moment to move on. I do not need to browse things I don't want and I do not need to be ordered around when I'm shopping. I certainly don't need to be shouted at by a jumped up chocolate fascist."

Shop looked lovely but I was made to feel quite unwelcome by the lady serving sending me back to the entrance to sanitise my hands was her warm and welcoming greeting! I wouldn't mind if asked nicely (Better safe than sorry), I had been already been regularly sanitising as I went in and out of stores and certainly wasn't touching any products but just felt I was being made to feel dirty. I went in with the intention of buying a number of presents but felt uncomfortable so left.

Charming chocolate shop selling local confectionery. I bought some nicely packaged biscuits as a gift and found a bargain in the reduced basket for myself!

Shop is great but the lady is not! It appears she wants to tell you how to have a look in the shop for some reason. Kept staring at us the whole time and visibly looked awkward as if our presence was making her upset. We did buy some cocoa covered almonds which taste so nice.

Just returned from a stay across the road in the Lygon and bought some fabulous hot chocolate sticks and boxes of chocolates as souvenirs…The lady in the shop who served us on both occasions was lovely, warning my 6ft3 other half of the low beams on both times as well as recommending products. Very friendly service, and lovely chocolate!

Owner is extremely snobby. Literally looking at you up and down in disgust absolutely vile. Made us all feel very uncomfortable. Why have a shop and treat potential customers like that.
