Great place, really nice setup and friendly staff.

Kitchen install.Not the best experience. I certainly would not use them again.

Work has just finished on my new kitchen, designed by James Isaac in the Bicester showrooms. I have only good things to say about the whole experience. I recommend James as an approachable. courteous and knowledgeable designer and my builders were impressed with the build quality of the units and appliances delivered. I recommend anyone who has a project in mind - big or small - to use MKM Bicester.

Ordered materials for delivery, given a delivery date a week in advance, called the morning of delivery and confirmed a delivery time only to not receive the products or a phone call as an explanation.Called to chase only to be told the drivers have all gone home and I won't be receiving the goods. Take your money elsewhere, not worth the stress and no communication.

We had confirmed a delivery 7-10 days before it was due. The first part was due on the Tuesday morning, we eventually received this on the Saturday morning. Each day we were being told that it would be with us the next morning, only for us to have to chase them to hear that the drivers had gone home and we wouldn't be receiving it today. No communication from them whatsoever and would have to chase in order to get some sort of comms from them. Part two of the delivery which was due the following Monday (we thought we would give them the benefit of doubt) the exact same scenario. Was told it would be with us Monday morning, 3pm rolled around and still no delivery. Rang the office only to be told that they were now out of stock and that we wouldn't be getting it this week. Absolutely appalling service and would not reccomend

Two interactions with MKM, the first of which the person was curt and apathetic; the second, was a rollercoaster of being very polite, and then switching to being defensive and curt...Not sure what at all is going on, but the supplies were good quality and a very good price, so I'll keep going.Perhaps it was just a bad couple of days. I'll give the benefit of the doubt.

Tom at the Bicester branch couldn't have been more helpful.He was very friendly and had a real can-do attitude. He also had suggestions to help me out of a potentially expensive problem.A local company to me, they did free delivery (saving me the £40 other companies charge)Wish I'd gone to them initially.

Lynn was very helpful (and patient) when I was deciding on internal doors. Good communication regarding the order we had placed and delivery date/time etc. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful and offloaded the doors close to where we wanted to store them.
